Oh, Hi There!
So happy you’re here.
I’m briana walden
In a nutshell, my mission in life is to nurture creativity.
Whether I have a camera in my hands, am sitting across a subject during an interview, managing a team or running an art workshop I am committed to fostering spaces in which artists and subjects feel seen, heard and supported.
My work centers around the intersectionality of art and mental health, with specific intentionality placed on HOW a project is created versus chasing the final result.
PRODUCING
I have had the honor of producing an ever growing range of independent productions, from skeleton crews to 30+.

DIRECTING
I’m very grateful to have spent upwards of a thousand hours behind the camera, working in various fields including scripted film, journalism, documentary, corporate branding and the non-profit sector.
“It was really great working with you. The way you approach the shoot, especially with your subject, is so natural and easy.”
“She continues to impress me with her meaningful talents and passions. Thank you for capturing this glimpse of my soul.”
ART CURRICULUM
I believe in radical creativity and am passionate about fostering a culture rooted in self expression, providing the tools necessary for minds of all ages to explore the power of healing through art.
I integrate mindfulness practices into all of my creative endeavors, in this case ranging from youth art classes to music festival learning workshops.
Thanks for stopping by!
